We will show you how to replace negative thoughts with constructive and realistic ones. The aim is for you to fend off painful feelings until you are well again. We will teach you how to understand the close link between thoughts and feelings.

Get an action plan!

We provide you with an action plan to help improve life both emotionally and socially.

This action plan comprises three stages:

  • Stage 1 - What are you thinking?
  • Stage 2 - What can you do?
  • Stage 3 - How can you activate yourself?

We also provide you with a happiness planner, which will help you to learn to focus on things that make you happy. Happiness counteracts depression.
