Are you active?
Try to do as much as possible without overdoing it. This will help you to get on with your life.
Exercise doesn't have to be exhausting. Make sure you get plenty of fresh air and natural daylight. Do something that's fun either on your own or with others. Choose activities that you enjoy and make you feel good:
- Rest as often as you need to
- Listen to some nice music
- Read an exciting novel
- Watch a really good film
- Go somewhere nice
- Visit friends who you feel comfortable with
- Buy something you need and that makes you happy
- Go for a walk, especially when the sun is shining
- Have a nice bath, etc.
Draw up your own list of things you enjoy doing.
